Tiki Torches
The tiki torches are simple mesh torches that you can light or extinguish with a click. There are three types of tiki torches included, all very low land impact.
Single Tiki Torch – 1 LI.
Dual Tiki Torch – 2 LI.
Tri Tiki Torch – 2 LI.
The torches come with copy and modify permissions. The torch may say no modify, but that is only because the torch script is no modify.
Calendar Creator Version 2
The Calendar Creator Build Tool has been updated for 2016. The script is available as a free upgrade to anyone who purchased the first version of the Calendar Creator. If you did not receive your free upgrade, please visit the redelivery terminal in the TD Creations Main Store at:

What has changed? First, the menu now displays the months in the correct order, from upper-left down to lower-right. In addition, you now have the ability to change the text and month names that are displayed on the calendar. Want your calendar to be distributed in German? Maybe you want to use the Elvish tongue for your calendar months? You can set it however you want simply by setting it in the configuration notecard.
Due to the flexibility of the Calendar Creator, it is not necessary to purchase a new Calendar Grid for 2016. You can choose to create your own Calendar Grid and add the image UUIDs to your Configuration Notecard. If you don’t want to spend the money or time to upload your own images, though, the 2016 Calendar Grid, which is compatible with Version 2 of the Calendar Creator, has also been released for only $100L. It can be purchased in the inworld store or on the Second Life Marketplace.

If you’ve never heard of the Calendar Creator before, you can buy the full version, which includes the 2016 Calendar Grid. The Calendar Creator is an easy to use tool to create your own calendars to sell or give away.
The calendar is 100% mesh and has five texture faces, two of which are controlled by an included calendar script. The calendar is configured by notecard, just include the UUID’s of the pictures you want each month, and the script handles the rest. Even the month grid is controlled by the same notecard, so there is no need to purchase this again in future years. Just create your own calendar grid images, or purchase a pre-created grid for the current year. The choice is yours.

Wrought Iron Fence
The Wrought Iron Fencing is a set of fences that can be linked together to fit any land needs. It contains 34 individual fencing components that are 100% mesh. Each piece is 0.5LI in weight, so you can link two together and still only be at 1LI. The high quality LOD does not break down when you move away from the fence either, keeping its shape much better than even sculpts will.

Laguna Beach House
The Laguna Beach House is 100% mesh. It is a very low 22 LI in weight, lower if you choose to remove the lighting from the house. It has a footprint of exactly 16m x 32m, so it will fit snugly in most 512m parcels. It comes in its own Rez-Free toolbox for easy positioning on your land. It has copy/modify permission, so you are able to customize your home to your own needs. Each room has its own texture face on the floor, so you can have different floor textures in each room if you desire. All the floors, walls, and even the ceiling, use materials to add additional depth to the home.

Modern Steps and Glass Railing
The Modern Steps and Glass Railings are 100% mesh building components ideal for your modern home or patio. They are copy/mod, so if you want a solid railing instead of glass, you can easily change the textures. Each individual component has a 0.5 land impact, so you can connect two pieces together and it will still be 1 LI. You can even stretch the straight railing without changing the land impact costs.
There are multiple items included in this set:
The Light Script works by owner touch. It has three states: On, Off, and Timed. The timed setting will turn on and off depending on whether the sim sun is on day or not. It is not affected by viewer windlight changes, if you manually change your viewer from day to night. It is not recommended that you use too many scripted light posts in your build. Linking multiple scripted light posts could increase your LI.
Matted Picture Frames
These matted pictures frames are 100% mesh and only half a prim each, so you could link two together and still be at 1LI. There are two square (1:1 ratio) frames and two rectangle (4:3 ratio) frames. One of each type contains a fading slideshow script, which you can use to create your own photo slideshow. This allows the new pictures to fade into view as the old picture fades away. Even better, these have copy and modify permissions, so you only have to buy this once and can use it to add as many pictures to your home as you want.
Taryn Tudor Home
The Taryn Tudor Home is 100% Mesh in a Tudor style. The design is ideal for fantasy or medieval villages. This home has a footprint of 16x30m with a low land impact of 21, making it ideal for 512m parcels. There are two rooms and two open areas for you to furnish to your desire.

Arielle Tudor Home
The Arielle Tudor Home is 100% Mesh in a Tudor style. The design is ideal for fantasy or medieval villages. This home is a large two story home with a footprint of 24x20m (25x21m when you count the overhang). There are two rooms downstairs, an open loft and room upstairs. The house has a land impact of 52, leaving plenty of room for your furnishings.

Kara Cabin
The Kara Cabin is 100% mesh and includes two versions. The first version is the complete version, which is 42 LI in weight. It is designed to fit snugly into a 40×32 parcel. The second version removes the side patio and balcony. This version is 32 LI in weight and fits snugly into a 32×32 parcel. The very low land impact count of each version will leave you plenty of room for decoration. Of course, you could further lower the land impact by removing the interior loft and stairs, the fireplace and chimney, and even the front steps. The homes are copy/modify permissions, allowing you to retexture the walls and floors to suit your particular style.

Sarah Tudor Home
The Sarah Tudor Home is 100% Mesh in a Tudor style. The design is ideal for fantasy or medieval villages. This home is a large two story home with a footprint of 24x30m. It has a front and back door allowing you to connect it to a closed yard if you desire. The house has three open rooms on the first level, with two equal sized rooms and a balcony on the second level. The house has a land impact of 48, which is lower for a home of this size, leaving plenty of room for your furnishings.
